About us
An office in Orestiada, for property and more
Evresis is a real estate agency based in Nea Orestiada. We handle sales and rentals of homes, commercial space and land in northern Evros, and from the same office we run a print works and a building management service.
Our story
From Orestiada, for Orestiada
The name Evresis means exactly what we do: finding. The right home for a family, the right premises for a business, the buyer who will value a property as much as its owner does.
We work with properties we have seen ourselves, at prices we can explain, on terms agreed in writing. Every listing is handled directly by the office, from the first visit to the signature.
Two more lines of work run from the same office: printing, for the documents and drawings local businesses and engineers need, and building management, for owners who want their common charges in order without running after them.
Our values
How we work
Four principles that apply to every property, every print job and every building we take on.
Transparency
Clear terms, written agreements and no hidden fees. You always know what stage your case is at.
Local knowledge
We live and work in Orestiada. We know the neighbourhoods, the prices and the people.
Personal service
One office, one phone number, the same people from start to finish. No case is passed from hand to hand.
Reliability
We say what we can do and do it on time: viewings, proofs, common charges, replies.
What we do
Three lines of work, one office
Property, printing and building management, with the same people and the same approach: a clear agreement and work that gets delivered.
Printing
Colour and black-and-white printing in A4 and A3, and site plans in large sizes, from your file.
Building management
Common charges, cleaning, maintenance and general meetings, with a monthly statement for every flat.
Shall we talk?
For property, printing or the management of your building, the office answers by phone, by email or through the contact form.
